Shipping & Delivery
How long does shipping take?
Free standard shipping on orders over ₹4,500 takes 5-7 business days within India. Orders under ₹2,500 have ₹150 shipping.
How can I track my order?
You'll receive a tracking number via email and SMS once your order ships.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
Email hello@miromor.com to initiate a return within 24 hours of recieving the product.(NOTE: You have to sent an unboxing video of the damaged product and we will only accept the return of the product in it's original packaging )
Who pays for return shipping?
Customers cover return shipping (₹100-150). We provide free prepaid labels for damaged or incorrect items.

18k Gold Plated stainless steel, hypoallergenic nickel-free metals, and cubic zirconia or semi-precious stones.
Is your jewelry hypoallergenic?
Yes! All pieces are nickel-free and safe for sensitive skin.

Is your jewelry waterproof?
Water-resistant, but we recommend removing before swimming, showering, or exercising for longevity.

Can I cancel or modify my order?
Contact us immediately at hello@miromor.com. If your order hasn't been processed (within 2-4 hours), we'll accommodate your request.
I received a damaged or wrong item. What do I do?
