Returns and Exchanges
Returns or exchanges are accepted solely for items damaged in transit or incorrectly shipped—a rarity due to our rigorous processes. Defective products qualify for return, and we are pleased to assist.

Key Consideration 
Post-delivery damage is not covered; however, for repairable items, customers may ship them to us (at their expense) following prior feasibility confirmation.

Please contact our support team at support.miromor@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery, including your order ID and an unedited unboxing video (from package opening to clear demonstration of the issue). Compliance ensures prompt assistance; otherwise, requests may be declined.

Return/Exchange Procedure

  1.  Submit your request for review and approval if eligible.
  2. Upon approval, return the item unworn and in original packaging to the designated address within 48 hours.
  3.  Our team will provide detailed instructions for secure packing and shipment.


    We will promptly dispatch a replacement item (or assist in selecting an alternative if unavailable). Refunds or store credit are not provided

    Order Cancellations
    Orders are processed expeditiously and cannot be cancelled once placed, reflecting our commitment to timely delivery.

Our stringent quality standards minimize issues, yet we remain devoted to addressing any concerns swiftly and courteously.

Non-Qualifying Scenarios for Exchange:

  • Packages lost during customer return shipment.
  • Packages refused by the recipient.
  • Returned items in used or damaged condition.
  • Size discrepancies (please consult our size guides prior to purchase).
  • Failed deliveries due to incorrect address, two unsuccessful attempts, or unreachable contact—reshipping charges apply.
  • Non-defective jewelry.
  • Minor natural variations in color or design.
